Elijah's Birthday

Wow, 10. E is getting so big. Half of his childhood is over, and yet it seems so few years ago he was the sweetest bundle in my arms. He had a fabulous birthday, self proclaiming it the best ever (note- he has told us this every year!). He had friends over for a pool party sleepover, making the most of his summer birthday. We spent the day filling water balloon's and preparing party food. Games we played were races, that I hadn't counted on being so dangerous, ice cube pick up, and water balloon pass the parcel. It felt very wild to me, but apparently that is half the fun. Elijah just looked really happy all day long. The boys finished the night by going to laser tag and a sleepover. Great day all up.
